Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fiorency is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Yes. Returns may be denied if:
- The item has been worn or used
- Tags have been removed
- The item is damaged, stained, or altered
- The return request was made more than 7 days after delivery
If a return is denied, the item may be returned to the customer.
